During this Advent, as we reflect and pray about the meaning of Emmanuel – “God is with us”, I am sure that many people still think about Fr. Butler. His recorded sayings still speak to us today: “God hit the planet in the person of Jesus. If you want to find God, don’t look up, just look around you. You honor God by honoring others. It is so simple gang, just love one another.”
