Pray for our Candidates for Reception of the Sacraments
This weekend, at several Masses, we celebrate the Rite of Acceptance into the Order of Catechumens for those unbaptized and the Rite of Welcoming for those baptized or un-catechized who are preparing for Confirmation and/or Holy Eucharist or Full Communion of the Catholic Church. This is a wonderful first step in the liturgical rites of those who have been attending RCIA since September. These children and men and women from our area, who desire to be full members of the Catholic Church, are a sign of renewal for our parish family!
