After much personal prayer and discernment with her Religious Community, it has been decided that Sister Moira will finish her mission with us here at Holy Infancy at the end of October 2017.  She will move on to help some of her Religious Sisters in need of personal care in the Philadelphia area.

It is bittersweet news that Sister Moira will leave us after 13 fantastic years of service.  However, we are so blessed to have had her here so long.  She came here thinking it would be a short visit and became such a vital and beloved part of our Parish Family.  She will be truly missed.  But her servant leadership over these years will continue to inspire many to take up the charge that she leaves behind for us.  More information to come on how we will try to find the right fit for her position and how we as a parish will say ‘until we meet again’.

Thank you to all those who came to Monsignor Butler Hall after the Masses last weekend to share your ideas and comments.  We will be using this important information in our preparation of our pastoral plan for this upcoming year!

If you did not already read our fuller presentation of the results of the surveys, please do so by going on our website under the new page – “Parish Pastoral Council” at  We also look forward to our Focus Group work on August 22nd  and 24th  so we can provide some concrete ways to respond to these needs in our parish life.
