This weekend we kickoff the 2025 Because We Are Catholic Annual Appeal in our parish and throughout our Diocese. I want to offer my personal thanks for the generous commitments you have made in the past. I also want to let you know that the 2025 Appeal will be part of our Diocesan-wide effort to engage our entire community in the Jubilee Year of Hope announced by Pope Francis for 2025.
The Because We Are Catholic Appeal brings hope to children, families, and adults throughout Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Northampton, and Schuylkill Counties. With your support, we feed the hungry, clothe the poor, care for the elderly, prepare young adults for marriage, inspire young men and women considering religious life, and welcome students of all abilities to our Catholic schools.
Our parish has been asked to raise $19,260. Let’s strive for 100% participation from our parish. Together, I believe we can make our goal.
